Job summary

ID Technology (ProMach) seeks a motivated sales professional to drive growth in Greater Vancouver and Vancouver Island. You will develop new opportunities, grow existing accounts, and deliver solutions that boost productivity and performance.

Responsibilities include closing deals, presenting proposals, leveraging Salesforce for forecasting, and partnering with service teams. Requires 5+ years B2B sales, strong consultative skills, and willingness to travel locally and to the U.S.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably selling industrial, packaging, automation, or capital equipment solutions.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer challenges and recommend value-based solutions.
  • Knowledge of packaging, manufacturing, food and beverage, consumer goods, or related industries is considered an asset.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively managing a large geographic territory.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and ability to travel locally approximately 50% of the time.
  • Ability to travel to the U.S. as required.

  • Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and solution consultations.
  • Stay current on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

About The Role
