You will engage your team during shifts and collaborate with Safety, HR, and Quality to drive improvements across multiple workflows.

The role involves coaching leaders, analyzing metrics, and balancing priorities to deliver millions of customer orders with high engagement and productivity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours.
• Work in an environment with variable temperatures and noise levels.
• Attend to multiple workflows and drive improvements across departments.
• Lead planning sessions and coach team through operational challenges.
