Qualifications

• 3–5 years of multi-unit store management experience in retail (cannabis retail preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or 5–7 years of related experience.
• Must have CannaSell Certification and a clean police record.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance, staff development, customer experience, and profitability for the area.
• Oversee Store Managers to align scheduling with revenue targets.
• Provide guidance and coaching to store leadership; drive initiatives to meet targets.
• Lead training initiatives and enforce safety policies across all locations.
• Attend meetings with head office and participate in leadership development activities.
