We are currently looking for an Area Manager based out of Edmonton, to be responsible for activities involved in the daily operation of a portfolio of multi-family residential properties in Alberta. The role leads a team of site staff and plays a critical part in the success of the asset management operations. The Area Manager will troubleshoot operational and management problems unique to the assigned area and communicate solutions.
Employees enjoy a wide range of benefits and competitive reward. You will be eligible to receive wages starting from $65,600 to $82,000 per annum*, this will be determined by your skill set, education and experience.
