Brookfield Residential is seeking an Architectural Technologist for an 18-month fixed-term contract in Edmonton. You will manage new model development from concept to sales release, create detailed drawings in Revit and AutoCAD, and ensure compliance with local bylaws and building codes.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, support master drawing updates, and contribute to product development while maintaining design guidelines and standards across Calgary and Edmonton

Formación

• Post-secondary diploma required in architectural technologies, civil engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, bylaws, and government requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office; excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Project manage new model development from concept to sales release with operations teams.
• Create master drawings, floor plans, sections, and options using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with Architectural Controls to ensure drawings meet requirements.
• Liaise with trade partners and internal teams on model standards and efficiencies.
• Review onsite construction issues and drive changes to resolve them as they arise.
• Provide training and guidance on Product Development procedures to team members.
