Brookfield Residential (Alberta) LP is seeking a Planbook Designer to support Alberta Product Development. The role focuses on creating and updating construction-ready master drawings for new models, elevations, and options using Revit and AutoCAD, while aligning with Alberta codes and regional requirements.

You will collaborate with multiple teams including Production, Estimating, Marketing, and external consultants to ensure drawings meet standards and speed to market.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Diploma in Architectural Technologies, Civil Engineering, or another related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of residential construction, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience preparing and maintaining residential production drawings and master plan sets using Revit and related design technologies.
• Ability to interpret product direction, design intent, code requirements, and cross-functional input into construction documentation.

Responsabilités

• Create construction-ready master drawing files using Revit and AutoCAD per guidelines and codes.
• Incorporate approved changes into master drawings and maintain revision control.
• Maintain Alberta Planbook to ensure stock plans and master files are current.
• Review drawings for completeness, coordination, and readiness before release.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Construction, and external consultants to meet project requirements.
