Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, seeks an Architectural Sales Rep II to drive commercial sales in the Canada market. You will engage architects, designers and national accounts, manage the sales process from lead to close, and implement a marketing plan aligned with regional goals.

The role involves frequent CRM updates, pipeline development, and collaboration with the regional commercial team. Base pay ranges CAD 69,000–86,000 with additional incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires BA degree or equivalent.
• Two+ years sales or industry experience in A&D.
• Floor covering sales and/or slab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify top commercial architectural firms in the geographic market.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers to secure regional and national specifications for company products.
• Track commercial projects from specification through to completion.
• Provide continuing customer education through product updates and presentations.
• Prospect for both specified and unspecified projects to grow the pipeline.
• Maintain CRM with daily activities and campaigns and report to Regional Manager.
