Job summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions in Ottawa is seeking an Intermediate or Senior Architectural Project Manager to oversee design development, construction documents, and construction period services for public projects. You will coordinate with cross‑functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure quality control in collaboration with senior partners.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of relevant experience (4+ years PM) and is eligible for security clearance, with strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience with at least 4+ years as a Project Manager.
• Experience on larger public sector projects preferred.
• Eligibility for security clearance required.
• Minimum 5+ years experience with Canadian building codes and bylaws.
• PMP designation an asset; registration as an Architect also an asset, but not essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in building technology, including wood frame, steel and concrete construction.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage budgets, schedules and financials.

Architectural Project Manager – Public Projects

Architecture, Design & Planning Firm – Ottawa, Ontario – Salary: 90k - 125k + bonus, benefits.

A successful and reputable architecture firm in Ottawa is hiring a capable Project Manager to manage and coordinate projects in the city. The firm is busy with a wide range of projects across public, institutional and private sectors.

Role

As an Intermediate or Senior Architectural Project Manager you will oversee project phases through design development, construction documents preparation, and construction period services. You will work with project coordination, manage client relationships, facilitate team communication, liaise with municipal authorities, and review work and quality control. Ultimately, you will oversee the successful execution of projects in collaboration with senior partners and other architects in the firm.
