Qualifications

• Accredited professional architectural degree from a CACB recognized university.
• Registration in or eligibility to register in a provincial internship program.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in an architectural consulting firm is nice to have.
• Knowledge of BIM principles and workflows; REVIT/AutoCAD; MS 365; Bluebeam are nice to have.
• Preference for knowledge of visualization software (SketchUp, VRay, Enscape); Adobe Creative Suite and Generative Design Tools.
• Rhino, Grasshopper, Veras and other parametric/AI design tools are nice to have.
• Portfolio of applicants work is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the architects and senior team members in project design.
• Produce 2D and 3D visualizations.
• Perform construction detailing and research appropriate materials.
• Validate plans with project programs and code analyses prepared by senior architects.
• Review existing documentation and visit sites to gather data for drawings and models.
• Maintain and progress professional requirements for provincial internship.
