Job summary

ACCIONA Energía is leading the design-build delivery of architectural scope for major transit infrastructure projects in Canada. The Architectural Construction Project Manager will oversee all phases from construction through commissioning and handover, coordinating with structural, MEP, and rail systems teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience (10+ years preferred) managing architectural construction scope on large infrastructure or building projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools and documentation systems (e.g., MS Office, Bluebeam, BIM).

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of architectural scope across one or more stations or facilities, from construction through commissioning and handover.
• Manage and mentor a team of coordinators, superintendents, and field staff responsible for architectural works.
• Ensure alignment of architectural construction activities with overall project schedule and milestones.
• Coordinate architectural scope with structural, mechanical, electrical, and rail systems.
• Oversee day-to-day execution, site inspections, and coordination meetings.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and forecasts for architectural scope.
