SYSTRA Canada is seeking a Station Design Manager to lead the multidisciplinary design of rail stations from concept through IFC, coordinating architecture, structural, MEP, rail systems and civil interfaces.

The role requires senior leadership, strong communication with authorities and operators, and proven experience in regulated infrastructure projects. The position is based in Montreal with a hybrid work arrangement and a focus on delivering safe, efficient passenger environments.

Qualifications

• Accredited architecture or engineering degree required.
• Professional registration or eligibility is an asset.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary station or complex building design leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design development of rail stations from concept to IFC.
• Interface management across track, civil, rail systems, utilities and operations.
• Coordinate with system engineering, BIM team, asset management and future operators.
• Manage regulatory approvals, permits and environmental considerations.
• Ensure station design aligns with schedule, budget and lifecycle targets.
