Job summary

Caesarstone is seeking a Business Development Manager for the A&D and Builder Channels in the Lower Mainland, North Shore, and Whistler. The role focuses on cultivating relationships with architects, designers, builders, and fabricators, driving product specifications, and expanding Caesarstone’s market presence.

You will pursue new opportunities, present product solutions, and manage annual plans to meet KPIs and growth targets. Occasional travel and showroom engagements are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Sales.
• Strong knowledge of architectural/design industries and trends.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with architects, designers, builders, and vendors.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities across A&D, KB, and builder channels.
• Present Caesarstone products through meetings, CEUs, events, and showroom engagements.
• Manage account plans and KPIs to grow partnerships and specifications.
• Maintain project pipelines and ensure timely collaboration across teams.
