Caesarstone is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our market presence in Winnipeg, with frequent travel to Saskatchewan. You will build relationships with architects, designers, builders and fabricators to drive product adoption across residential and commercial projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent.
3–5 years of successful B2B sales with proven persuasion/influence.
Proven track record in selling to architects/design professionals.
Strong knowledge of architectural and interior design concepts, materials, trends.
Ability to deliver presentations and create written materials.
History of identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, builders, and fabricators.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and convert leads into specifications.
Present Caesarstone products in meetings, showrooms, and events.
Manage key accounts and provide necessary support for specification.
Maintain a structured pipeline with timely follow-up and territory coverage.
Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to strengthen network.
Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and product launches.
