You will manage invoices, reconciliations, collections, and vendor payments, while supporting audits and reporting. The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with Office 365 and Excel, and excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable or similar financial role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficient with Excel and accounting software; knowledge of collections is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and review invoices, statements, and reports; ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile AR ledger, monitor collections, and respond to inquiries.
• Process vendor invoices, PO's, and payments; maintain records.
• Support audits and reporting; improve AR/AP processes.
