Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Automotive Service Technician apprenticeship program.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop your skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Basic computer and diagnostic skills.
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine vehicle maintenance, tire services, and mechanical repairs.
• Work alongside licensed technicians to develop your diagnostic and repair skills.
• Follow service manuals, technical information, and manufacturer procedures.
• Attend training and stay current with automotive technology and repair procedures.
• Clearly document repairs and concerns on work orders.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and the Parts Team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all shop safety procedures and best practices.
• Contribute to an efficient, professional, and team‑focused shop environment.
