Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Understand core banking processes, identify opportunities for improvement, gather and document requirements for FLEXCUBE solutions, analyze requirements for issues and dependencies, and create specifications and design documents.
2. Solution Design and Implementation: Design and optimize FLEXCUBE solutions, develop test scripts, and support implementation of customizations and enhancements.
3. Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in system testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), identify and document defects, and ensure their resolution.
4. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with development teams, project managers, and stakeholders, communicate requirements and progress, and serve as a FLEXCUBE SME.
5. Knowledge of FLEXCUBE and Core Banking: Strong understanding of FLEXCUBE modules, core banking processes, SDLC lifecycle, and testing methodologies.
6. Additional Responsibilities: Data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and end-user training/support.

Skills and Experience:

1. Technical Skills: Familiarity with core banking applications, FLEXCUBE or similar platforms, SDLC, testing, and automation tools like Selenium or UFT.
2. Soft Skills: Analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
3. Domain Knowledge: Banking regulations, compliance, and banking products/services.
