Workiy is seeking an experienced Programmer Analyst II to support, maintain, and optimize the Client Service Delivery System (CSDS) used by Mental Health and Addiction Services and Public Health staff in Fredericton, Canada. The role involves production support, database programming, reporting, and implementation of features to meet evolving requirements.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum 15 years of demonstrated IM/IT experience.
• Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience as a Senior Programmer Analyst, including programming and analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Provide application maintenance, technical support, and production support for the CSDS application.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents, errors, and technical issues.
• Create, maintain, and enhance SSRS reports.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures.
• Implement new application features and enhancements based on business requirements.
• Reprogram and optimize application components to improve efficiency, performance, and security.
• Develop and execute data conversion scripts to support new functionality.
• Provide technical support to business teams during training and UAT.

Theorganization is seeking an experienced Programmer Analyst II to support,maintain, enhance, and optimize the Client Service Delivery System (CSDS), acase management application used to capture and manage client information forMental Health and Addiction Services, as well as Public Health staff.

Theselected candidate will augment the existing technical support team andcontribute to both ongoing application maintenance and project-based developmentinitiatives.

Therole involves application production support, database programming, reporting,troubleshooting, application enhancements, security improvements, andimplementation of technical solutions to meet evolving business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provideapplication maintenance, technical support, and production support for theCSDS application.
  
• Investigate,troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents, errors, and technicalissues.
  
• Create,maintain, and enhance Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)reports.
  
• InvestigateSSRS production issues, respond to service requests, and clarify reportfunctionality.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements
