Job summary

Adastra Corporation is hiring an Application Developer to support the DevOps lifecycle and application development across Azure and AWS. You will work on ChatBot, Social Media, and other enterprise apps, building and maintaining solutions with C#, .NET, REST APIs, Terraform, and Bot Architecture.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills, plus delivering production code and changes via ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Experience in application development and supporting the DevOps lifecycle.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with Microsoft Bot Architecture or chatbot development.
• Experience with application monitoring, configuration, certificates, and resource management.
• Experience with ServiceNow for incident, change, and record management.

Overview

As an Application Developer, you will support application development and the DevOps lifecycle for a variety of business applications, including ChatBot, Social Media, and other enterprise applications. You will work across cloud platforms and technologies to develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and implement application solutions while supporting vulnerability remediation, incident management, and application changes. The role requires strong development, cloud, API, and troubleshooting skills, along with the ability to collaborate across development and operational teams.

Primary Location: Toronto, ON

Work Model: Hybrid 3-Days Onsite

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support development and related activities throughout the DevOps lifecycle

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience in application development and supporting the DevOps lifecycle

• Experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code

• Experience with code development, code reviews, and production implementation


• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and solution design artifacts


• Strong understanding of application support, vulnerability remediation, and software development practices


• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience supporting applications within a financial services environment


• Experience working with both Azure and AWS environments


• Experience with enterprise chatbot or social media applications
