Job summary

Adastra is seeking a Technical Lead/Project Manager to drive data and analytics initiatives across Canada, collaborating with engineering teams and business partners to deliver outcomes. This hybrid 3-days onsite role (Brampton) is a contract position.

  • 5+ years of experience leading technical projects, preferably within data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence environments.
  • Strong experience managing end-to-end technical project delivery from planning through implementation.

  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve delivery challenges.
  • Experience working with engineering teams and technical stakeholders in complex project environments.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to assess technical risks, timelines, estimates, and dependencies effectively.
  • Experience driving accountability and delivering projects within defined timelines.

Overview

Adastra is seeking a Technical Lead/Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of data and analytics initiatives. This role requires a results‑oriented professional who can proactively manage execution, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes. The Technical Lead/PM will collaborate closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and business partners to manage delivery, resolve blockers, assess technical risks, and maintain project momentum.

  • Experience in Agile delivery methodologies and project management practices
