Trail Appliances AB/SK in Edmonton is seeking an Appliance Service Technician Apprentice to join our full-time team. You will perform repairs and diagnostics on appliances, using manufacturers' manuals and bulletins, while communicating findings clearly to customers and following safety standards.

Qualifications

Enrollment in Alberta Appliance Service Technician apprenticeship program.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy appliances and following safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Perform accurate appliance repairs and diagnostics using manuals and bulletins.
Communicate repair findings clearly to customers and report service concerns to management.
Document repairs, damages, and parts usage with proper authorization.
Engage in training programs and support junior apprentices in their development.
Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness and equipment in work areas.
