Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record and ability to safely operate a company vehicle.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to safely and effectively use tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to read and follow installation manuals and technical documents.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills with a professional and respectful approach.

Responsibilities

• Complete safe, professional appliance installations following manufacturer specs and codes.
• Communicate with customers before and during installations to ensure a positive experience.
• Accurately complete installation documentation, serial numbers, damage reports, parts lists, and estimates.
• Maintain and operate all tools, vehicles, and equipment safely and cleanly.
• Follow safety and training requirements and assist teammates as needed to ensure efficient operations.
