Job Description

The Appliance Sales Coordinator will support our business operations by facilitating appliance sales processes. They play a key role in order management, customer communication, delivery coordination, and daily operational activities that contribute to our team's success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage processes for both Pro and Retail segments, including order follow-up, appliance vendor claims, coordinating with delivery partners, overseeing reverse logistics, and serving as the point of contact for sales associates.
  • Complete daily tasks promptly, manage inventory movements, conduct sales reviews, and coordinate deliveries and returns.
  • Lead operational activities by upholding high standards in process adherence and customer service.
  • Communicate priorities and information effectively to associates and partners, providing necessary guidance and tools.
  • Assist the Appliance Sales Manager with reporting, daily management, oversight, and performance evaluation.
  • Represent sales associates operationally by advocating for best practices and embracing change.
  • Address associate and customer concerns professionally and fairly.
