Job summary

Trail Appliances in Calgary is looking for an Install Administrator to coordinate service and installation schedules, ensuring accurate work orders and optimized technician availability for a positive customer experience.

You will act as the central contact for field staff, support operations, and verify contractor invoices and purchase orders. This is a full-time role with opportunity for growth and ongoing training.

• Act as a central point of contact for field staff, offering timely support and resolving operational issues.
• Ensure contractor invoices and purchase orders are accurate, collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Facilitate clear communication between departments to streamline operations and enhance overall service efficiency.

Availability:

This is a full-time position and will require you to be available:

Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 6:00pm

Compensation:

$17/hr - $19/hr
