Jerome's Appliance Gallery delivers and installs home appliances with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. You will transport, install, and troubleshoot appliances, using mechanical and electrical know-how to ensure proper operation.

In this role, you will read schematics, work with HVAC concepts when needed, assemble units, and document delivery and installation activities. A customer‑friendly attitude and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven electrical experience and mechanical knowledge to handle diverse appliance models and systems (Training to be provided).
• Hands-on experience with appliance repair, assembly, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams accurately.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Physical ability to lift heavy appliances safely and perform manual tasks over extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; reliable transportation is essential.

• Conduct thorough appliance repairs or adjustments as needed during installation or upon customer request
• Interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and HVAC systems to facilitate correct setup and troubleshooting
• Assemble appliances when required, ensuring all components are correctly fitted and operational
• Provide outstanding customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to complete delivery logs, installation reports, and safety documentation efficiently
