Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) seeks an experienced Appian Technical Lead to design, develop, and lead enterprise-grade Appian solutions, including integration with OnBase. This role provides technical leadership to ensure scalable, high-performing, and secure low-code applications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

We require 10+ years of Appian experience, strong architectural skills, and collaboration with architects, stakeholders, and product teams.

Qualifications

10+ years of Appian experience required.
Proven ability to design and lead enterprise Appian solutions.

Responsibilities

Define Appian architecture standards and design patterns.
Lead the design and development of scalable Appian applications.
Guide teams on Appian implementation and performance tuning.
Design and implement integrations between Appian and enterprise systems (e.g., OnBase, APIs).
Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance with enterprise standards.
Establish development governance, CI/CD practices, and deployment standards.
Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and product teams.
Review and approve solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
Lead troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
Drive reusable component development and platform best practices adoption.
