Job summary

Atlantis IT group in Toronto is seeking an experienced Appian Developer/Technical Lead to design, develop, and lead enterprise-grade Appian solutions supporting digital transformation and platform modernization initiatives, including integration with systems such as OnBase.

This role provides technical leadership to ensure scalable, high-performing, and secure low-code applications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Qualifications

• Define Appian architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Lead the design and development of scalable Appian applications and workflows.
• Guide development teams on Appian implementation, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Design and implement integrations between Appian and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish development governance, CI/CD practices, and deployment standards.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and product teams.
• Review and approve solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
