Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced Appian developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise applications on the Appian platform in Canada. The role emphasizes leadership, code reviews, and guiding junior developers through best practices.

You will translate business requirements into scalable Appian solutions, collaborate across DevOps, QA and business stakeholders, and ensure adherence to SDLC standards while supporting deployments from development to production.

Qualifications

Design, develop and maintain enterprise applications on the Appian low-code platform.
Lead design discussions and perform code reviews for modules.
Mentor and coach junior developers on Appian best practices and design standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into Appian solutions.
Ensure adherence to SDLC governance and development standards.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain enterprise applications using Appian on a large scale.
Build scalable, record-centric applications following Appian best practices.
Develop SAIL interfaces, process models, records, reports, and integrations.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical Appian solutions.
Lead design discussions, perform code reviews, and provide technical guidance.
