Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to help keep our Hillside Walk apartments in Kamloops, BC welcoming and fresh for residents. You will clean entrances, hallways, appliances, walls, windows, and other areas; assist with inspections and small repairs; and travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of various cleaning products.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to travel between sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining entrances and hallways.
• Month-end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom, and cupboards.
• Attending pre-move-out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates.
• Completing small repairs such as painting or changing lights as required.
• Supporting the general maintenance of the building’s exterior.
• Other duties as required.
