Job summary

RBC is seeking a Senior Manager to join the research team in Toronto. You will organize and lead research engagements, manage stakeholder relationships, and craft a thought leadership strategy across RBCx to bridge business opportunities with compelling solutions.

The role blends research, strategy and storytelling to drive human-centered design and brand development across cross-functional teams. This is a salaried, full-time position based in Canada.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of research experience.
• Qualitative and quantitative research expertise to uncover insights.
• Experience synthesizing results into strategies and tactics.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with content strategy and ongoing brand development.

Responsibilities

• Consult with portfolio teams and RBCx on human-centered design and research.
• Lead end-to-end research activities including ethnographic, usability and surveys.
• Drive strategic ideation and collaboration to identify opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops to align teams on product direction and vision.
• Coordinate logistics and administration for design workshops and events.
