Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and process improvement within a complex operational environment.
• Strong Excel for analysis and reporting; data-driven decision making.
• Vendor coordination and change-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for Broadridge services and incident management oversight.
• Gather requirements, assess needs, and design or enhance processes across Operations.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to drive change and deliver projects and solutions.
• Develop current and future state reporting and insights to support informed decisions.
