Qualifications

• Experience in Broadridge products is critical for this role.
• Experience with vendor-managed services in Capital Markets or Wealth Management.
• Strong Excel, Tableau, and Azure DevOps skills for analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support and incident oversight for Broadridge services.
• Gather requirements and analyze needs to design improved processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and drive automation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors on change delivery.
• Develop current and future state assessments to support data-driven decisions.
