Job summary

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce seeks a Senior Consultant in Business Systems Analysis for Derivatives Risk Management. You’ll partner with Capital Markets Technology to design strategic solutions aligned to the bank’s enterprise roadmap.

You’ll support end-to-end project delivery and act as a SME in both business and technology, including derivative product valuations and risk modeling. You will collaborate with Sales, Trading, Quants, Controls, and Tech teams, with a hybrid work arrangement

Qualifications

4+ years in a BSA role leading projects, designing solutions, and can understand how to value derivative products and work on risk models.
Experience with derivative instruments and asset classes (Equities, FX, Interest Rates, Fixed Income, Commodities).
Experience with Bloomberg data feeds and SQL to pull data and develop reports.
Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

Understand and document complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions.
Lead cross-functional projects, manage requirements, resources, delivery timelines, and risks.
Provide technical and analytical leadership to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.
Provide strategic direction on XTRADER-related initiatives.
