As Consultant, Business Analytics, you'll support partners who use Broadridge products and services, as well as business-as-usual processes Broadridge delivers with CIBC. You'll provide production support and business solutions for initiatives that rely on these vendor services, including change requests, partner inquiries, and incident management oversight. You'll analyze current processes, identify opportunities to streamline workflows, and recommend enhancements that improve operational effectiveness and support business priorities. You'll also partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to help deliver change, assess current and future state processes, and contribute to the development of practical, scalable solutions across Capital Markets Operations and the broader Operations team.
