Job summary

Quantum Equipment LTD based in Calgary, AB is seeking an Analyst, systems technical support who is self-motivated with good interpersonal skills. The position is permanent, full-time with a day shift and remote work option.

The role requires responding to user issues, consulting guides to resolve problems, and maintaining a log of problems and solutions while delivering business system, network, and internet support. Fluency in English and several professional IT certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly.
• Certificate or diploma in other trades, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related industry.
• CIPS, ITIL, ISTQB, MCTS and ISP certifications are preferred.
• Candidates should be accurate, organized, and able to work well in a team and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems.
• Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions.
• Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
