Kinaxis is seeking a curious, organized student to join the Analyst Relations team as a co-op/intern. You will support day-to-day operations of the AR program, synthesize insights from analyst briefings, and help identify market trends across Gartner, Forrester and IDC.

This full-time, 8 or 12‑month placement is open to students and recent graduates in Marketing, Market Research, or related programs. Location options include Ottawa/Toronto in-office three days a week or remote from other

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in the 3rd year or recently graduated from a Marketing, Market research, Business, Communications, or related program.
• Strong written communication, research and analytical skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable turning information from multiple sources into clear insights.
• Interested in technology, markets and business strategy.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and learns quickly.

Responsibilities

• Capture and synthesize insights from analyst briefings, inquiries and research.
• Identify analyst, market and competitive trends and translate them into useful insights.
• Support major industry analyst research and evaluations (Gartner, Forrester, IDC).
• Maintain analyst interaction information within the AR platform.
• Research analysts and market perspectives to prep for meetings and events.
• Assist with AR reporting and measurement (Share of Voice, sentiment).
• Track upcoming analyst research, evaluations and engagement opportunities.
• Prepare briefing materials and pre-event guides for Kinaxis executives.
• Support analyst engagement at Kinaxis and industry events.
• Contribute to an AI-focused capstone project to improve how analyst intelligence is captured.
