Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a Program Analyst to lead complex programs, develop comprehensive financial analyses, and align initiatives with business priorities. You will build business cases, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, and influence stakeholders to drive program success.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate departments and suppliers, and ensure schedules, costs, and technical requirements are met while upholding standards and best practices.

Qualifications

  • University degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in aerospace.
  • Experience in Methods, Procurement, Operations or Project Engineering is an asset.
  • Knowledge of EWIS and Aftermarket/Customer Support is an asset.
  • Fluent in French and English; Spanish is an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Assess timeframes and adjust priorities to deliver on time.
  • Build and manage financial analyses, business cases, and budgets.
  • Provide program management input and define requirements.
  • Coordinate departments, partner activities, and supplier performance.
  • Manage supplier relationships and support commercial negotiations.
  • Identify and resolve program issues, risks, and interdependencies.
  • Prepare executives summaries for program updates.
  • Support design and product changes in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external standards and best practices.
  • Foster collaboration within multi-disciplinary groups.

Short Description

As a Program Analyst, you will lead complex projects programs, provide fully developed program management input, and ensure strategic alignment with business priorities.   • Lead complex projects and programs.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to meet technical, schedule, and cost requirements.
  • Assess realistic timeframes / schedules for completion of tasks and adjust priorities to deliver on time.
  • Build and manage financial analysis, business cases and budget plans for assigned projects.
  • Provide development program management input and support program requirements definition.
  • Coordinate functional departments, partner activities, and supplier performance.
  • Manage supplier relationships, including supporting commercial negotiations and ensuring supplier commitments are met.
  • Identify and help resolve program issues, risks, and interdependencies.
  • Prepare and present executives summaries for program updates.
  • Support design and product changes, including commercial negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external standards and best practices.
  • Foster collaboration and positive contributions within multi-disciplinary groups.
How to thrive in this role?
  • University degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in aerospace industry.
  • Experience in other related functions such as Methods, Procurement, Operations, Project Engineering is an asset.
  • Knowledge of EWIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems) and Aftermarket / Customer Support is an asset.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex projects.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and business case development.
  • Fluent in French and English (oral and written); Spanish is an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, TEAMS); knowledge of database management and scheduling tools.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
