The Analyst, Payroll & Benefits Operations, will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of various operational tasks, including daily/cyclical activities, support for year-end activities or audits, maintaining an accurate book of records for various Talent transactions and systems, managing inquiries and utilizing internal resources to complete transactions and processes while adhering to internal procedures and local regulatory requirements. This is a 12-month contract position with benefits.
Team Description
Reporting to the Director, Payroll & Benefits Operations based in Toronto, the Analyst, Payroll & Benefits Operations will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of United Kingdom payroll, including year-end activities and reconciliation of benefits and pension. In addition, the Analyst will also be involved with activities supporting other Global payrolls as assigned (e.g., USA, Canada, etc.).
