Bilingual Recruiter - Wealth/Banking Contact Centre Hiring:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual Recruiter - Wealth/Banking Contact Centre Hiring for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 1-2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Job Description:

The Bilingual Recruiter will focus on high-volume hiring for a wealth and insurance contact center. The role involves developing and delivering effective talent acquisition and diversity plans to source and manage a pipeline of candidates. The recruiter will act as a resource for partners in their area of expertise, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio
  2. Manage the recruitment process, including planning, assessing, and supplying candidates
  3. Maintain and manage candidate pipeline to meet turnover and future needs
  4. Provide screened candidate shortlists using enterprise hiring systems
  5. Ensure optimal Hiring Manager and candidate experiences
  6. Develop knowledge of HR policies related to recruitment
  7. Manage relationships with HR partners and Talent Acquisition teams
  8. Report on recruitment activities and outcomes
  9. Coordinate advertising and brand activities to attract talent
  10. Participate in recruitment events

Mandatory Skills:
