We are seeking a Recruiter to identify and attract talented individuals for our Early Career Programs. This is a 12-month contract position.

As a member of our global team, you will recruit interns for both technical and non-technical roles in Canada. You will collaborate with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams to engage the next generation of talent. You will report to the Senior Early Career Programs Recruiter.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Post job openings and develop student sourcing strategies
  2. Screen and select diverse talent from universities, partnerships, and programs
  3. Ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
  4. Develop a pipeline of interns and high-potential candidates
  5. Evaluate candidates and facilitate the offer approval process
  6. Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and local intern employment legislation across Canada
  7. Provide regular metrics to assess return on investment and hiring progress
  8. Implement localized talent attraction strategies
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and suggest improvements

About You:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle university recruiting experience
  • Ability to manage high-volume applications across multiple roles
  • Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems (Workday and Beamery preferred)
  • Knowledge of HR practices and intern employment legislation across Canada
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with pool hiring
  • Previous experience in a multinational tech company
  • Creativity, curiosity, and passion for process improvement
  • Experience with event planning
  • Experience presenting to virtual audiences
  • Familiarity with campus engagement for intern and graduate roles
