Are You :

- Driven, enthusiastic, and experienced in developing and enhancing Salesforce CRM effectiveness processes?

- Possessing excellent project management, creative, and process-focused skills?

The Analyst, CRM will report to the Manager, CRM and support Element’s growing commercial pipeline and revenue. Responsibilities include supporting sales, account management, marketing, pricing, products, and implementation to meet our sales goals.

A Day in the Life

  • Support and assist the commercial team by answering Salesforce and other business process questions.
  • Support and administer daily Salesforce processes.
  • Automate and streamline existing Salesforce effectiveness processes in partnership with the SFE team.
  • Provide data management support to the Marketing team.
  • Troubleshoot issues and analyze data trends.
  • Drive resolution of data integrity and system enhancement issues.
  • Create reports for various stakeholders and Salesforce users.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Functional/technical Salesforce experience is required.
  • Financial data analysis experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookup.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and issue resolution.
