Job summary

MNP’s Consulting Team in Canada is seeking an Analyst who thrives on rigorous analysis, practical problem solving and clear client impact. You’ll contribute to advisory engagements across finance, strategy and operations while developing your consulting toolkit in a collaborative, Canadian firm.

As an Analyst, you’ll support data-driven recommendations, create high-quality reports and help shape execution plans, all while growing your career with structured development programs and generous

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, business, project management or related field is an asset.
• Previous work experience in consulting or professional services is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in proposal, planning and implementation of consulting engagements.
• Perform detailed work involving research, interpretation and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
• Perform financial modeling, business planning, feasibility studies, strategic planning, operational planning, program reviews and redesigns.
• Support the design, development, formatting and proofreading of reports, proposals, slide decks and correspondence.
• Contribute to development of new ideas to improve processes using internal programs and systems.
• Coordinate workflow and tasks related to proposal creation, production and delivery.
• Attend internal courses to develop consulting knowledge.
• Maintain flexibility to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the proposal, planning and implementation of consulting engagements
• Perform detailed work involving research, interpretation and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data
• Perform financial modeling, business planning, feasibility studies, strategic planning, operational planning, program reviews, program redesigns and other forms of management consulting
• Support the design, development, formatting and proof reading of high-quality professional reports, proposals, slide decks and correspondence
• Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes while effectively using MNP internal programs and systems
• Coordinate workflow and perform tasks related to proposal creation, production and delivery
• Attend internal MNP courses to further develop consulting knowledge
• Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary

Skills And Experience

• Undergraduate degree in finance, business, project management or other combination of advanced post-secondary training and relevant professional experience is an asset
• Previous work experience in a consulting and/or professional services environment is an asset
