Customer Service Representative - Pet Insurance

• Assist customers with policy and claims-related inquiries.
• Upsell and retain pet health insurance policies with existing customers.
• Respond to, advocate for, and resolve customer inquiries regarding policy details and claims, collaborating with Customer Care, Claims, and Underwriting teams.
• Capture notes on customer interactions using our in-house system and follow up to obtain accurate information.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to continuously improve service and sales protocols.
• Recommend and promote policies, focusing on customer retention and growth to meet targets and customer needs.
• Educate prospective customers via inbound, outbound, and online programs.

Qualifications

• AMF Damage Insurance License, Level 1 or 2 (mandatory).
• Bilingual in English and French (mandatory).
• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to recognize sales opportunities.
• General Insurance License, Level 1 or 2 (for applicants outside Quebec).

Additional Information

Salary Range: $42,400 - $78,100.
