    Bilingual Personal Lines Damage Insurance Broker - Customer Service

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle telephone and written inquiries, process changes, assess risks, and respond to account questions.
    • Resolve product and service issues, clarify complaints, determine causes, and recommend solutions.
    • Attract potential clients by answering questions, providing information, and meeting sales objectives.
    • Draft responses to routine correspondence.
    • Process rewrites and remarkets per guidelines.
    • Maintain records of transactions and update rate manuals.
    • Manage logs and flag issues for management review.
    • Provide quality service while maintaining confidentiality.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • AMF license.
    • At least one year of experience in personal lines auto and property insurance.
    • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
    • Strong time and project management skills.
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
    • Bilingual in English and French.
    • RIBO or similar licenses are assets.
