Job summary

The University of Guelph-Humber in Toronto is seeking an Alumni Development Assistant to manage alumni information, track engagement and donor activity, and support communications. Under the direction of the Manager of Transitions & Engagement, you will help plan and execute alumni engagement programs, prepare the monthly Alumni eNews, and respond to inquiries via email, phone and social media.

This regular part-time role offers a collaborative team, data-friendly work, and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• University degree in a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience working with Alumni is preferred.
• Direct event management experience is required.
• Experience with Adobe Suite including InDesign and Illustrator is an asset.
• Familiarity with MailChimp is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Capture and manage alumni engagement and donor activity data.
• Support planning and execution of alumni events.
• Prepare monthly Alumni eNews and social media content.
• Serve as first contact via email, phone, and social channels.
• Maintain accurate alumni records.
