Job summary

PMB Inc invites applications for a welder-assembler to contribute to production by reading drawings, welding parts to spec, and ensuring quality.

The role requires an DEP in welding and assembly, at least 2 years' aluminum experience, and a strong knowledge of TIG welding on aluminum; familiarity with GMAW-P is a plus.

Schedule is daytime, 40 hours/week, with hourly pay between 24.41 and 35.56 CAD. PMB Inc supports a collaborative, detail‑driven team environment.

Qualifications

• DEP in welding and assembly completed.
• Minimum 2 years of aluminum experience.
• Read and interpret customer drawings and welding symbols.
• Knowledge of TIG welding (GTAW) on aluminum mandatory.
• Knowledge of pulsed MIG welding (GMAW-P) on aluminum a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret customer drawings and welding symbols.
• Weld customer parts to required specifications.
• Inspect all welds and ensure compliance with plant procedures.
• Use welding tools and contribute improvements to methods and tools in the department.
