Job summary

LS Bilodeau inc. in Saint-Éphrem-de-Beauce and Neuville, Canada, seeks a skilled welder to join our production team. You will perform precision welding on gauge-16-and-under sheet metal in steel and stainless steel, using TIG and MIG per plans.

We offer a daytime full-time schedule, $22–$36 per hour, summer Friday afternoons off, and gear provided including boots and welding equipment. No diploma is required—your skill and precision count.

Qualifications

• TIG and MIG welding proficiency (flux-core is a plus).
• Autonomy, resourcefulness and attention to detail.
• No diploma required; your skill and precision count.

Responsibilities

• TIG and MIG welding according to plans.
• MIG flux-core (FCAW) welding as needed.
• Working thin sheet metal with precision and attention to detail.
• Reading plans, preparing and fitting parts before welding.
• Visually inspecting welds and making corrections.
