The role is part-time and seasonal, with hourly compensation and benefits eligible for full-time staff. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is expected, with training and growth opportunities available
Qualifications
- Serving It Right Certificate is required.
- Experience serving in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic server to provide an exceptional and memorable dining experience for our guests. - Provide exceptional service, knowledgeably sell and up-sell mocktails, cocktails, wine and craft beer
- Perform opening duties to prepare for service and closing duties at end of shift
- Serve guests in a prompt, attentive, professional and courteous manner within the seating limits to ensure proper table flips for the next reservation
- Provide the ultimate guest experience, get to know your guests and create an environment that they want to experience again
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and wait stations
- Polish glassware, wine glasses and cutlery to the required standard
- Create the proper ambience and atmosphere in the restaurant and adjust as the evening progresses
- Knowledgeably recommend wine and drink pairings to the food menu for the guests
- Support other service team members
- Other duties as required
This position reports directly to the Manager, Full-Service Dining & Banquets and does not require any supervisory responsibilities.
- Serving It Right Certificate required
- Experience serving in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Possess excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills while maintaining a positive and respectful relationship with all team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Personable, friendly and outgoing
- High energy and strong work ethic
Hours of Operation are weather dependant. Due to the nature of the business, this position requires flexibility in terms of your work schedule. A variety of work schedules may include a variety of start times, including shifts on weekends and statutory holidays. Shifts require standing for long periods of time, lifting, twisting, and other forms of manual tasks.
$18.25/hour + gratuities
