Grouse Mountain is seeking a part-time Banquets Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service for weddings, private events, and large-scale banquets in a scenic mountain setting.

You will join a collaborative team that prioritizes warm hospitality and high service standards, with shifts primarily in the evenings and weekends. The role offers a supportive environment and growth opportunities within a premier Vancouver attraction.

Competenze

• Prior experience serving in a catering/banquet environment preferred.
• Food Safe Certificate preferred.
• Serving It Right Certificate required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong teamwork.
• A passion for hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

Mansioni

• Greet guests and represent the resort with a warm, proactive hospitality approach.
• Work with kitchen and event staff to ensure high service standards and courteous service.
• Assist with setup/tear-down of banquet rooms per event plans.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas; manage supplies.
• Handle feedback and other duties as required.
