Job summary

Precision Drilling is seeking an Alpha Integration and Sustainment Specialist to lead deployment, integration, and sustainment of Alpha technologies across the organization. You will collaborate with automation teams to ensure successful adoption and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 2+ years oil & gas experience, strong technical skills, and excellent communication. You will mentor teammates and support safe, efficient rollouts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of oil and gas experience with strong knowledge of drilling rig components.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to manage data and systems.
• Highly detail-oriented with multitasking and ownership of priorities.
• Effective communicator with problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation, deployment, and integration of new Alpha technologies across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology capabilities with operational needs and define project goals and success criteria.
• Monitor implementation progress, identify risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful rollouts.
• Analyze performance data and develop metrics, reports, and insights to track adoption and improvements.
• Lead user engagement and adoption through training, communication, and ongoing system support.

The Alpha Integration and Sustainment Specialist supports the deployment, integration, and ongoing sustainment of Alpha technologies by working closely with automation teams and tracking implementation progress. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Minimum 2+ years of oil and gas experience with strong knowledge of drilling rig components; Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and take ownership of projects and priorities
• Effective communicator with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
