Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of oil and gas experience with strong knowledge of drilling rig components; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude with advanced computer skills and the ability to manage data and systems effectively.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and take ownership of projects and priorities.
• Effective communicator with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Committed to safe work practices with the ability to mentor and support team members.

Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation, deployment, and integration of new Alpha technologies across the organization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology capabilities with operational needs and define project goals and success criteria
• Monitor implementation progress, identify risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful and timely rollouts
• Analyze performance data and develop metrics, reports, and insights to track adoption, effectiveness, and improvement opportunities
• Lead user engagement and adoption efforts through training, communication, and ongoing system support, while fostering continuous improvement and technical excellence
